• 15 ft – £90 pm
• 20 ft – £125 pm
• 32 ft – £175 pm
• Containers suitable for storage use only. No business / postal address
• Minimum 3 month tenancy thereafter 1 week’s notice to quit
• Rental agreement to be signed with proof of tenant ID (driving licence for example)
• First month / part month in cash and subsequent monthly payments by Standing Order
• Monthly payment receipts supplied
• £40 deposit
• Secure lock supplied
• Access 7 days
  Mon – Sat 7am – 8pm
  Sun & BH 8am – 8pm
• Regularly maintained on site male & female toilets
• No Parking available. Access Only (for loading / unloading)
• Access to external water tap
• Farm setting up a private drive
• Onsite Landlord / Manager for additional security
