• Suitable for storage/warehouse use only
• Minimum 3 month tenancy thereafter on a rolling monthly tenancy
• Rental agreement to be signed with proof of tenant ID (driving licence for example)
• First month / part month in cash and subsequent monthly payments by Standing Order
• Monthly payment receipts supplied
• Deposit of 1 month’s rent required

• All units have electricity with their own sub meters which are read regularly. Electricity is paid for from a central source and charged for separately on an individual usage basis.
• Tenants are responsible for arranging / applying for exemption of Business Rates with Bromsgrove Council if applicable
• Internal modifications by tenants are only permitted with prior consent from Landlord
